Aion Subscription Fee Announced!

As we know, Aion will be released as a subscription-based game. But how much will it cost per month and how many types of cards will there be available?

Finally, yesterday NCsoft announced that Aion will start commercial service from November 25th, 2008 and there will be four types of prepaid game cards for choosing.

1-month card: 19,800 won (approximately 13.7 USD*), 300 hours for 30 days

3-month card: 47,520 won (approximately 32.9 USD), 900 hours for 90 days

3-hour card: 3000 won, (approximately 2 USD)

30-hour card: 12,000 won ((approximately 8.3 USD)

Compared to World of Warcraft and Lineage II currently operated in South Korea, Aion's 1-month and 3-month game cards are priced the same with World of Warcraft, while lower than Lineage II. However, it needs to be noted that there is not time limit for World of Warcraft's monthly cards, but Aion is otherwise.

However, compared with creating themselves, it seems that player prefer creating others, the Famous Face. From the colsed bate of Aion to Open Date nowedays, the Aion fans had cracted so many amusing Famous Face. Who will you create when you create your character in Aion? Yourself? Your girlfriend/boyfriend, or your idol? What is certain, however, is that you have to take your all night just to create a satisfied character.
